Greg Flett works to enhance and expand services for children and youth victims of crime as part of the National Resource Center for Reaching Victims. He approaches this work with a strong focus on strengthening collaboration and team effectiveness to improve outcomes. Greg collaborates with experts from around county to develop resources aimed at increasing the quality and accessibility of services for child victims. He provides training and technical assistance designed to improve direct service practices and works to promote system level change through the development of effective and sustainable partnerships. Greg’s commitment to justice and healing for all children and youth stems from his belief that everyone has the right to a childhood free of trauma and suffering.
