I provide coordination and technical for the National Resource Center for Reaching Victim’s virtual events, including live and pre-recorded webinars and other virtual trainings, learning community convening’s, partner meetings, and other events. This includes creating and monitoring event registrations, scheduling, provide pre and post communications to participants. Coordinate and confirm the presenters, contracted support such as captionist, interpreters (ASL and spoken language, and other contractors), conduct audio and visual testing, and solve content issues in real-time.

I started employment at Vera in February 2018 as a Community Manager for the Workplace Services team in Los Angeles. There I managed the construction build-out from conception to completion. This involved working with various contractors such as the architect, the general contractor, IT, audio visual firm, interior design firm, building management, alarm systems, etc. I then transitioned into managing the daily office flow that involved IT support, office events, procurement and fiscal management, etc. From there I transitioned into a college in prisons project with the Center on Sentencing and Corrections, and later that year joined the Center on Victimization and Safety in May 2019.
